Will I have time? I’m already stretched thin.

Is online coaching actually effective? Will I get the same results as in-person?

Online coaching done properly is more accountable than in-person because the check-ins, data tracking and communication don’t stop when you leave a gym floor. Every programme adjustment, every check-in, every message happens around your life, not at a fixed hour that costs you travel time on top. No overhaul. The programme works around your real life. You’ll learn to make better decisions in the situations you’re already in. Clients who travel internationally, eat out regularly and drink socially have still hit their targets. Restriction isn’t the mechanism here.

Will I end up looking too bulky or too muscular?

Building significant muscle mass takes years of deliberate, heavy training and a caloric surplus. Within the programme you will build lean muscle that makes you look defined, athletic and healthy, not like you compete on a stage. If anything, the most common reaction clients get is “you look incredible, what have you been doing?”

What does the coaching actually involve day to day?
